An approved platform can let you use the Cathopic catalog without receiving your password. It sends your browser to a secure page on cathopic.com, where you sign in and review the exact permissions requested.
Connect your account
In the other application, choose its Cathopic connector and click Connect or Sign in with Cathopic.
Confirm that the browser is on cathopic.com.
Sign in to Cathopic if necessary. Cathopic returns to the same permission request instead of opening your profile.
Read every permission. These can include account identity, catalog access, subscription balance, or the ability to license resources.
Choose Allow access. Cathopic sends you back only to the exact callback registered for that application.
Language and account safety
The application can request a supported language for the sign-in and permission screens. Cathopic keeps that language throughout the connection. The application receives short-lived tokens, never your password, and can perform only the actions listed on the permission screen.
If you do not trust the request
Choose Cancel. Do not approve the connection if the application is unfamiliar, the permissions seem unnecessary, or the browser is not showing the Cathopic domain. You can later revoke access from Settings → Developer / API → Connected apps.
