When your subscription expires, your account transitions to a free basic account with limited access.
What happens immediately
After your subscription expires:
You lose access to premium downloads
You can still browse and search the entire library
Your account and profile remain active
Your download history is preserved
Any previously downloaded content remains yours to use under the original license
Renewal reminders
We will send you an email notification after your subscription has been successfully renewed with the renewal details and invoice.
Payment issues
If your renewal payment fails:
We will attempt to charge your payment method
You will receive an email notification about the failed payment
You can update your payment method in Settings → Subscription
Your subscription may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved
Reactivating after expiration
You can reactivate your subscription at any time:
Visit our pricing page
Select your preferred plan
Complete the payment process
Your premium access will be restored immediately
